Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and download your return form.
Verify Hygiene Seals
Ensure all jewelry remains in its original, unopened transparent bag; for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry if the seal is broken.
Pack and Ship
Carefully place the items and the completed return form into a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit and send it to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
